Set static ip 192.168.1.99 to your PC.

press "Ctrl+Break" when turn-on the router.
type "tftpdnld"

IP_ADDRESS =192.168.1.98 !this is port interface.
IP_SUBNET_MASK =255.255.255.0
DEFAULT_GATEWAY =192.168.1.1
TFTP_SERVER =192.168.1.99 !this is your PC
TFTP_FILE =c2600-i-mz.121-19.bin !file name may different
set
boot=flash:c2600-*****.bin !set which ios to boot
